We grow a wide range of herbs, vegetables and fruits picked at the peak of their ripeness, ensuring maximum flavor and nutrition. We invite you to Amalthea’s Botanic Garden to cut, smell, cook our products and taste the difference that fresh, locally grown vegetables can make.

BOTANIC TOUR
Explore our garden every Monday with our entertainment manager who will teach you about the different plants, flowers and vegetables that grow in our garden. Offered complimentary to all guests. Upon reservation via Grecotel App or by booking at the reception.
COOKING LESSONS
We are excited to share our passion for cooking with you and help you develop your skill in the kitchen; whether you’re a beginner or an experienced cook. You’ll taste your creations and receive feedback on your cooking skills! Private cooking lessons are also available.
OLIVE OIL LESSONS
A unique and educational experience that will deepen your understanding and appreciation of olive oil. You will learn about the different types of olive oil, their health benefits and the process of producing high-quality olive oil.
FARMER FOR A DAY
Experience the joys and challenges of a farm life! Spend a day in Amalthea’s Botanic Garden and learn about sustainable farming practices. You’ll work alongside our experienced farmers and learn about the daily tasks involved in farming, such as planting and harvesting crops and maintaining farm equipment.
